Practical Informacion
An express bus service runs between the airport and the city centre. The fare is €4. Other inter-city lines connect with the towns of Marbella, Estepona and Nerja.
A suburban train line runs between the airport and several key places on the Costa del Sol: Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Malaga city centre.
Price: €1.80 – €2.70
Access to the airport from Malaga is on the A7 dual carriageway towards Algeciras. Take exit 235 to Torremolinos and connect with the MA-21 to access to the airport.
From the towns on the Costa del Sol, take the A7 towards Malaga and then exit 229 towards San Julián. This exit connects with the MA-21 road, which takes you directly to the airport.
